Energy PUNK is designed to be worked through properly, not binged and forgotten. Your minimum commitment is three months, giving you the time to complete one full 12-week stage at the pace we recommend.

After that, stay because it’s working, not because you’re locked in.
EACH STAGE: 12 MODULES / 12 WEEKS
One module per week, around two hours of focused learning each time.

We suggest completing one module each week. Work through it, absorb the information, apply it, consolidate what you’ve learned, then move on to the next module the following week.


The aim isn’t to get through Energy PUNK as fast as possible. The aim is to remember it, use it and build on it.
